How do I schedule a pick-up or drop-off?

If you are a new customer, the best way to schedule your first pick-up is by signing up at www.BKLAUNDRY.com ​and choosing the date you want us to come by.

Will you only come by on my route days, or can I schedule a Pick Up on other nights?

Yes, you can schedule a Pick Up on non route days. We pickup and deliver 7 days a week between 8 - 11 am and 6 - 9 pm.

When will my clothes be ready for delivery?
  • Wash & Fold ​- 24-hour turnaround ( $0 fee)
  • Dry Cleaning / Launder & Press ​- 72-hour turnaround for Dry Cleaning / Launder & Press.
  • Wash & Fold and Dry Cleaning or Launder & Press - 72-hour turnaround for any order with both services.
