Important To Know

- For the safety of your garments and our cleaning team, please ensure there are no sharp or toxic items in the laundry bag.
- Please ensure to zip up all zippers and empty all pockets before placing your clothes in the laundry bag. Some zippers can be sharp, while others may be fragile.
- If your bag is less than 19 lb, you will still be charged a minimum of $35.
- A $8 re-delivery fee will be applied in the event that you are not available for drop-off and fail to notify us in a timely manner.
- If you choose to send both Wash and Fold and Dry Cleaning, the delivery will be completed within two days.
