Welcome to BK Laundry! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using bklaundry.com (the "Site") operated by CNN Laundromat Corp. (doing business as BK Laundry).

This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of our website and laundry services. By accessing or using our Site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including visiting, browsing, placing orders, or contributing content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Site or use our services.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, button icons, audio clips, and software) are owned by CNN Laundromat Corp. (BK Laundry) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any materials from our Site without our prior written consent. The BK Laundry name and logo are trademarks of CNN Laundromat Corp.

User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any automated use of the system (bots, scrapers, etc.)

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful.

Service Terms & Conditions

BK Laundry provides wash and fold, dry cleaning, and other laundry services in Brooklyn, NY. By using our services, you agree to the following:

• Service availability is subject to our operating hours and delivery zones
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Minimum order requirements may apply
• You must empty pockets before submitting laundry (we're not responsible for items left in pockets)
• Special care items should be identified at drop-off

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall CNN Laundromat Corp., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the Site, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liability costs and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising from your violation of any third-party's rights.

Warranty Disclaimer

Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

BK Laundry (CNN Laundromat Corp.) does not warrant that: (a) the Site will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Site will meet your requirements.

Damaged Items Policy

Taking care of your garments is our number one priority. We strive to provide exceptional service and treat all garments with the utmost care. However, please note:

• We cannot guarantee against color loss, bleeding, or shrinkage of garments
• We do not take responsibility for deteriorated or flawed garments that may result in small holes or tears
• You must empty pockets before submitting laundry—we cannot be held responsible for damage from items left in pockets (lipstick, gum, pens, etc.)

Damage Reimbursement

For any items deemed damaged during our service, BK Laundry (CNN Laundromat Corp.) may reimburse you by paying up to ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the item, regardless of brand, price, or condition of the garment.

Reporting Damaged Items

Any damaged items must be reported to Info@BKLaundry.com and inspected by BK Laundry within two (2) days through digital photos or in-person inspection.

If the cost of damage exceeds $150, the item must be tested at the International Fabricare Institute Garment Analysis Lab for verification.

Lost Items Policy

Reporting Lost Items

Any lost item must be reported within two (2) days of delivery to Info@BKLaundry.com.

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items are considered lost twenty (20) days after the initial claim has been made.

Lost Item Reimbursement

Any reimbursement for a dry-cleaned item deemed lost by BK Laundry (CNN Laundromat Corp.), in accordance with the International Fabricare Fair Claims Guide, shall be limited to ten (10) times the charge for treating the garment.

Any wash-and-fold item deemed lost shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but in any case reimbursement shall not exceed five (5) times the price of the weight of the wash-and-fold load.

Important: BK Laundry shall not take responsibility for any loose items lost when submitted in a bag, such as watches, jewelry, or cufflinks. Please remove all such items before submitting your laundry.

Delivery & Pickup Terms

Missed Delivery Charge

A $5.00 missed delivery fee may be applied if laundry is not available for pickup on the designated pickup date or not accessible for delivery on the designated delivery date.

Service Delays

We do our best to adhere to our schedules. However, due to special circumstances (weather, traffic, high volume), there may be delays in picking up or returning orders. BK Laundry assumes no responsibility for any damages that may occur due to a delay in service.

Delivery Authorization

We strive to provide convenient service to all our customers. We can leave orders outside residences or with a doorman, provided you give written consent through our system.

Important: Once delivery has been made, we will not be held responsible or liable for the loss or damage of any items. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the safety of items after delivery by BK Laundry.

Payment & Refunds

BK Laundry accepts payment via cash, Zelle, credit card, and debit card through our secure payment processing system.

Refund Policy: BK Laundry® does not offer refunds for any services. All sales are final.

If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BK Laundry (CNN Laundromat Corp.), nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liability costs, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney fees, arising from your violation of these terms or any third-party rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Brooklyn, New York, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Site and services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
